"The food was thrown together and sloppy the tots were extremely overcooked, and the carhop walked off while I was trying to check my food, even though I was being polite and had already tipped her. Ordered two burritos, one with no jalapenos, and we had to tear them open to see which was which because they didn't mark anything. Will not be eating here again."
"Pulled into a stall and was the only person there and when the lady came over the intercom she just said “go to the drive through”. Pulled to the drive through and waited for 10 minutes before I got to order and then when the guy finally came over the speaker and asked what I wanted as I’m ordering he cuts me off and say hold on a minute. Then once I finally get my food and get home my drink was flat and nasty, my bacon cheeseburger had 1 tiny piece of bacon and the lettuce on the burger was old, wilted, and slimy and the actual burger itself had multiple pieces of what felt like bone that almost broke my tooth when I bit into it. Then my fries were overcooked and looked/tasted liked they had been cooked for quite a while. I used to LOVE sonic but now I can’t stand coming here and I won’t be back for the foreseeable future!!!"
"We sat in line 25 minutes. There was only the drive through open however 5 cars behind me left. The food was hot. It just took way longer than it ahould have."
"Went to get the new “trick of treat” blast which is advertised to have Oreo, Heath, and M&Ms. Got to the drive thru, waited for 5 minutes before finally being told I cannot use the drive thru and have to go to a parking station. Got to the parking station and placed my order of 2 medium trick or treat blasts. Waited for 25 minutes for 2 ice cream blasts. I waited because I understood they were busy. Finally the screen said “Sed is on the way with your order”. I sat for another 15 minutes waiting on my ice cream to be brought to me. When I got the ice cream, the car hop was rude and did not give me a receipt. Got home 2 minutes away to see that the ice cream was soup and didn’t have a single piece of candy in either cup. Absolutely unacceptable."
