"I bought a Jeep Compass on 2/12/24. My battery voltage alert notified me on 2/29/24 that by battery voltage is at 14. On 2/19/24, I had a flat and had to purchase a tire. I can understand having a flat; however, it no way I should be replacing a battery on a vehicle I purchased 2 weeks ago! I reach out to the salesman requesting to bring the vehicle back to be inspected. I was informed tires and batteries aren’t covered under warranty. At this point I’m out of $400 on a vehicle I haven't had a month."

She gave me the information and advice I needed to make a sound, informed decision. I did double check all the information I was given as I was not skeptical of her, but I’ve been done bad on car deals before so I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Everything checked out perfectly. There was a small issue with the vehicle that we weren’t aware of going in, she got it fixed for me in a timely manner. "Worst service department I have ever been to. The are full of unprofessional liars. Told us 3 times that are car was ready when it wasn't. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix a one day problem. Instead of checking everything that needed to be checked, they make the problem worse and still charged us full price. They didn't even put everything back on the car right. The shield under the motor that keeps dirt and stuff from hitting the motor wasn't even bolted back on the car right. So it was dragging down the road. They will lie to you ever step of the way. Mess up your car even more than what you took it in for. I would spend more gas driving somewhere else then EVER take my car back to them!"
