"I got followed around like I was a common thief. The workers were rude and treated me like an idiot because I'm not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics. When I was sold the wrong head gasket they didn't tell me I had to have a special tool to put it on or it would be no good until I tried to return it. I had to buy another one at full price. They still didn't mention the torque wrench was necessary. I found that out by talking to a homeless guy in the parking lot."
