"I ordered a shifting module for my 2011 Charger from O'Reilly's they had to order it so It took me 6days to receive but the workers weren't aware that it came in within3 to 4days so it was a fast delivery but it sat in there store for 2 extra days without me even knowing. Keep in mind that's my only transportation to get around so they messed over me for 3 days with out car to get me and my kids around and they didn't even offer me nothing for losing transportation for 3 days just because they weren't aware at work they didn't care at all."
