"Just greedy. This dealer just doesn’t need your money. I like using OEM parts. This one will not even try to compete with Toyota’s online parts sellers. Huge difference. I would not mind paying a little more to buy local, but almost 50%, more than the competition is just greedy. Shame, I purchased my last vehicle there, which is my final purchase there. I’ll drive 25 miles to the next dealer to buy even an oil filter. Their website even welcomes reviews, looking at all the negative reviews here, there is no care at all to improve. Just shameful."
