"Hello, this post is not to degrade nor deflect anyone, but there is a real problem with services received while visiting the Sonic in Clarksdale, MS., The workers at this particular eatery maybe very dissatisfied with their pay, hours being worked, management or co-workers. Reason being, I visited Sonic a couple of days ago, placed my order and received half done tots, burger was undercooked, and lemonade was just awful. Needless to say, the worker who brought out my food had such an ugly attitude. These young people doesn’t have any respect for themselves or their job, and does not have a clue and realize their pay and salaries is because of the customer or customers being served. I would recommend the whole management team as well as the whole staff be fired. One thing for sure, professional development and customer service is definitely needed at the Sonic in Clarksdale. We have to train our young people to be intelligent, productive, smart, passionate, professional, poised, and kind. Please make sure you have an eye out for this change; if not this company will lose the integrity of its name. Respectfully, Dr. S. Taylor"

"While visiting last Sunday, Apr 30th we stopped to order some food after driving 1 1/2 hrs to Clarksdale, Ms. We pushed the Red Button twice, no one answered just the normal be with you in a moment which turned into 5 or more minutes. Someone pulled up beside us & their order was taken immediately. We were told by the residents this is a bottom stop not worth patronizing, agreed. Either they need people who wants to work &/or better management, maybe both. A job is for working not playing & talking while customers wait a long time. If you don't like working with the public, find another job. We never got to order & left. We shared our experience with the residents."

"Guys....the food is your basic sonic food... but the service tho!! I didnt have to ask for these things but they put a coupon on it, they gave me ketchup, napkins, and jelly!! I'm so used to having to ask for these things when they bring your food out at the one in Cleveland, MS. The carhop was so chipper. 10/10 for the morning crew here!!"
