"I live in Clarksdale, Ms I ordered #1 combo Big Mac & fries and a drink, asked for light lettuce, extra cause and fresh off the grill my whole order was terrible, my burger was cold, fries was cold asked for a Dr. Pepper but made it to pick up order was told didn't have Dr. Pepper had to settle with a Coke, spent $9.82 wished I had went to Wendy the line was to long should have went and waited, I know my food would have been what I ordered. I would not recommend this McDonald's."

"Morning drive thru isn't the problem its lunch that is so bad. You guys really need management to reevaluate the flow and times. Making me pull up and wait another 10 minutes on top of the 20 I waited to pace the order when Im at the speaker is ridiculous."

"This establishment is very disappointing and I don't appreciate the customer service that they have. Then not to mention the way the food is prepared, it shows that barely any of these workers care about their job or the people that they serve. I feel like the managers need to do their job and actually train the people that work there more efficiently instead of hiring anyone and everyone because it's like they treat people and their food as a joke."

"Went for a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce, ordered the meal, went to pay the girl opens the window and says, " we out of Mac sauce, you want mayonnaise on it instead?" Literally a big Mac isn't a big Mac without Mac sauce it's just a regular burger with a lot of bun!"
