"This is probably my first food review they deserve 5 stars for sure. Everything I tried was great. They have one of the biggest menus ive chose from. They have plenty customers but still recognize our voice otp when ordering. You would really think black experienced cooks was cooking their soul food. The rice isn’t better than rice bowl and rice bowl rice isn’t better than their new competition in the little red bbq place beside them. Highly recommend anything on the menu but surprisingly I recommend the soul food more. You would never know they was cooking the soul food. Absolutely great especially the hog maw"

"This is my favorite place to get fried rice when I’m in my hometown. When I call they recognize my voice and automatically know what I want to order. Also, I enjoy the small talks when I come in to pay. Very sweet people and great tasting food"

"The food is good but soul food is better. For an Asian restaurant they do a good job of implementing southern deltas soul food cuisine in their menu (a soulfood plate=$7.50?). I l live in West Memphis Arkansas about 60 miles but I visit my nephews in the area very often. My favorite is the hog maws and pigsfeet. Im telling you "if you happen to venture through Clarksdale Mississippi check out New Pearl."
