B & D Meats

"I have used B and D meats for a few years to process my deer meat into jerky and pepperoni sticks. They have always done a great job and we’ve always been very happy with it! I went to go pick up my most recent order and they informed me that there was an incident with my jerky (which has never happened before). I was still able to get my jerky but it was over done due to unforeseen issues with their smoker. They went above and beyond in my opinion to make it right. I never even had to ask for the correction they had just automatically done it. I would’ve recommended them before solely based on the quality of their meat and jerky but now I recommend them for their exceptional customer service as well. I will definitely continue to go back! I also want to give a huge thank you to them for all that they did to correct this and it was VERY appreciated."

"I got a variety pack yesterday. I asked them how in what quantities is your meat wrapped in. They said 2's got home only one wrapped per type steak. What am I supposed to cut that piece of meat in 4's. Oh wait I did get a bonus, 1 t bone. Never again I will stick with sutherlin crystal meat"
