"Beautiful beach! Great spot to watch the sunset. They close the gate about an hour after sunset. Head south to see the tide pools at low tide."
"Stayed for a week in early October. This is one of the best campgrounds I've been to. Very beautiful, clean, quiet, not overly cramped and in a perfect location. You're a short walk or ride from Brookings which is a bonus. The beach is accessible by path or you can drive down to a small parking lot. The views are stunning."
"Wonderful place to visit, beautiful beaches to walk on and the tidal pools are amazing if you go at low tide. Most amazing thing I have ever seen on the Oregon coast was a purple massive octopus that was crawling over rocks to get to the larger pools of water. It was so amazing to see it go from land to water and it was the most beautiful shades of light and dark purple. They also have lots of star fish, sea anemones and crabs."

"Awesome place to look at tidepools, starfish, and hermit crabs, beautiful sunsets. There's a big hole in one of the rocks that the ocean carved out looks cool definitely recommend, we traveled almost the whole coast and this was our favorite beach!"
