"New to town and wanted to schedule or dogs but when I called, the phone was not only answered in a horribly unprofessional manner, "HELLO!", no business name or courtesy involved in the greeting, but she also claimed that she was so busy that she did not want "nor need", any more new clients and tried to refer me to a highly commercialized pet store for grooming services for the pups. No way would I ever recommend or ever entertain the possibility of taking out kids to this person and think that if we are that unimportant to her livelihood, then maybe she shouldn't be in business and retire if it's such an inconvenience to her."
