"I really honestly don’t like going to Walmart. Ever. But I always end up there with a family of 6. The up-side is that there is one particular employee- His name is Ben. (Dark hair, super smiley. I think he’s Asian?.) He goes OUT of his way to help me every time he sees me there. Going through some severe medical problems; to which adds severe anxiety…!it’s nice having someone see that and go above and beyond every time. With everything being technology based, it’s extremely uncomfortable for me because these employees are looking for customers stealing. (Rightfully so.) That being said, the customer service aspect of things have really lost weight. But Ben makes the experience of going to Walmart so much better for me and I really hope that corporate really takes a look at him because they are lucky to have found some of the employees they have."

"Employees are really sweet and always great customer service! However, the curbside pickup is SLLLOOOOWWWW. Save yourself the headache and just go inside to shop, or expect to wait 10+ minutes if you're the only car. Expect 30+ if there's anyone else."

"i went to return ink cartridges and the folks in customer service were super rude DID NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY OR HONOR MY RETURN .. then they send me back to electronics and I go up to the CSR she turns around and asked me what the hell I wanted . they can either give me a gift card or i'm going to the BBB. and there will be HUGE problems for that store. not to mention all the OSHA and wiring , fire hazard huge violations in the ways of safety. all of their employees are rude as hell to me even though I am kind to them. i know the policies because i was a employee many many many years ago. before customer care went down hill and the lack of "the customers right mentality completely out the window. " they can send me $100 gift card to make up for the ways i was treated TERRIBLY."

"Not the doing of the very nice and patient young man who was the self- checkout attendant- he had to create 3 new items in the system to record my after- Christmas gift wrap, which, of course, had no bar code. It couldn't be just one entry x 3 - no, in their Infinite wisdom Walmart discontinued quantities in self-checkout, so he had to key in the whole 8 step routine 3 times! I feel like I asking for a bigger discount- not only should I get a discount for doing my own checkout, but for my time while waiting for ridiculous inefficiencies that they created!"

"I went shopping today. I shop here all the time. Spend a good amount of money there weekly. I was asked to show my receipt at the door before leaving. I'm sorry but I do not need to feel like a criminal after I have spend hundreds of dollars a month to shop there. I've been in retail my entire life surely you can come up with something better than to offend good paying customers. I know theft is a big issue but I was totally offended by this!!!"
