"In May 2021, I posted a 1 star review on Overhead Door's website. The frustration I felt should never have been directed at Overhead Door, or Eric L. He always went above and beyond. Though the security gate is still not operational, over 20 months now, the blame lies with the manufacturer. They refused to honor the warranty and instead gave lip service until the clock ran out, then claimed it was no longer covered. I have since heard, many times, that Amazing Gates/Liftmaster is a company to be avoided at all costs. My sincere apologies to Eric and Overhead Door."
