"He cut my dog when he trimmed her nails and did not bother to tell me. I didn’t notice it until I saw the blood in my car. I asked about the price for a nail trim which was $15 but when I got there I had him check my dog for her anal glands and he said she could use them to be expressed so I went ahead and let him do that or at least authorized it and he charged another $15 just to express her glands… Really not satisfied with this business."
"Absolutely horrific job they did here. This was our dogs third time here, first two times were fine but this was completely unacceptable. My dogs hair is so uneven (shaved in some parts, long in others) it looks awful and she was there for over 5 hours. Clearly this was a rush hack job and I have no idea why it took over 5 hours for a 14 lb dog. I will never take my dog here again."
"Always welcoming and accommodative to our two aussies. My pups are whiny and needy and they always welcome them and even put them in the bath together to ease their anxiety. I’m so glad to have found a great spot, we’ve never had a single issue and the dogs don’t mind a bit going there. Definitely recommend!"
