"This place is a literal life-saver for me and my doggo, Oliver. Ollie is a very high energy pup and he needs a lot of exercise. Whenever I take him to doggie daycare here, he comes back happy and tired and content. Also, Oprah is a miracle worker. Ollie used to be a nightmare on the leash. She single-handedly leash-trained him in a matter of weeks. I really didn't think it was possible. The other big thing -- this is the most affordable daycare, boarding, and grooming I have found. They know what pets need and they take great care of them -- and they don't overcharge. So rare, and so glad we have this option in Forest Grove."
"My husband brought our 4year old male pug in to get his nails trimmed. Went to pickup our pug and the older lady that trimmed him gave him to us with a paw bleeding due to her cutting too close to his quick. She didn't use any stiptic powder to stop the bleeding. I'm not a dog groomer and I know that it's really important to stop the bleeding. Can't believe a dog grooming place would even give a dog back without them stopping the blood. Not going back, that's for sure."
"Great place for dogs! Very friendly and helpful staff. You can drop the dogs off for daycare and get them back tired. They also give baths and grooming. Prices are reasonable as well."
"I don't like to leave negative reviews but its been waying on my mind the past week and I've decided to help other owners be aware. We have taken our dog to be groomed here three times. The first two it was chaotic and the owner was yelling at dogs left and right but he was really fluffy and looked nice so I went against my gut and went a third. We took him again last Monday. When we picked him up the owner told us, "he's getting better at being brushed and that he's getting used to his nails being done." I was a little confused because they never mentioned an issue before nor has any other groomer, he's 8 and been a bunch. He sleeps through me doing his nails at home and I have groomed him many times without issue but I figured maybe the chaos caused him to be a little moody about it. When we got home my husband was laying with him and noticed his paw was bleeding she cut into the quip of his nail (he has white nails it is very visible) and didn't even bother to tell us. I was irritated and told my husband we won't be going back. Then the day after I was petting him and felt a scab. They had brushed him so hard that it took a nearly quarter sized chunk out of his skin (he is a very fluffy breed so I couldn't see it). I think she got frustrated and got rough with him. Which makes me so angry. If you don't have the patience to be dealing with animals choose another profession."
"I’ve been taking my dog to Oprah for years. It’s a wonderful safe place for my high maintenance dog if I need a break For the day, he needs a bath or I am going out of town for a few days. I trust Oprah with my son Nelson!!!!"
