"We ordered 6 staring blocks and 8 corresponding anchors from SR Smith through our local distributor. Unfortunately they were manufactured incorrectly. Our distributor immediately notified SR Smith however they were extremely slow to respond or help find a solution. We are a small summer swim team and raised for money for 3 summers in order to purchase these blocks. We now will not be able to use them for our upcoming season and still don’t have a solid solution from SR Smith. This was a really unfortunate disappointment for our team."
