"I ordered balloons for my daughter, the attached picture is what she received. They blew away, due to careless delivery. I had to request a refund THREE times (two emails and a phone call). They FINALLY responded and said they’d refund me. The lady was apologetic and nice. That was two weeks ago. I filed a dispute with my bank. I just called again and the ‘gentleman’ was super rude and basically said to take it up with my bank. Great customer service there. Never again. Next time I’ll order from Instacart."
