"If you had told me at any point over the past 20+ years that I would one day be excited to walk out of Home Depot and immediately leave a 5-star review, I would have laughed in your face at the absurdity of the notion. But that is what happened to me today. I just spent 1-2 hours in the outdoor garden center, hemming and hawing over various decisions. The entire time, the gentleman running the cash register was happily chatting away with anyone who needed assistance, always busy, always friendly. He noted a man with a very heavy purchase (massive stone pavers), told him to go get his car, and this gentleman helped him to load them up. When it was my turn to check out, I asked him a soil question and not only did he give me great advice, he saved me a trip (and a back strain) by grabbing my four bags of soil for me while I loaded my plants, he had me pull my car up, and we loaded the soil together. Super kind, super busy, super knowledgeable, super friendly. What a pleasure, I only wish I knew his name to give him a proper thumbs up. I'm sure, however, that this location's managers know who he is because he's a gem. Thanks for your help today, sir!"
