"We had an emergency with a massive stain on our rug. We called another rug cleaning company that we had used for over 20 years and they were less than helpful. First, they really could not give us any suggestions of what to do at home and second, they were totally unavailable to pick up the rug for a week. We found about Renaissance and called them. They were wonderful. We received instructions on what to do on an urgent basis (it worked) and then they picked up the rug that day. The delivery folk were wonderful. The cleaning was superb.
