Incredibly professional in all communication, full of helpful suggestions when I run across something I personally haven’t had experience with (e.g. what do we do when an airbnb guest hasn’t checked out yet and they’re there to clean?), timely responses to new cleaning date requests and changes, impeccable cleaning, and the willingness to pivot at the last minute based on guest request, me forgetting to tell them about a date (true story) or wild ice storms! Would absolutely recommend them for regularly scheduled cleanings and deep cleans for your personal home or STR property."
