"We were hit by this winter's ice storm and unfortunately it resulted in multiple burst pipes. Before we could seek mitigation and restoration services for water damage, we needed all burst pipes repaired on emergency basis. Lovett responded immediately and sent a highly competent and genuinely dedicated plumber, Brad Parsons, who went straight to work to identify the breaks and then repaired all pipes with amazing efficiency. We enthusiastically recommend Lovett as a proven professional team to solve and repair any and all plumbing problems. Thank you Lovett! Michael Heyn"
"Lovett came out to my mother's house on 2/16 to remedy a severely clogged old cast iron drain pipe. I had another company out the day before, they were unable to do much and recommended Lovett. Their tech, Jose Molina, was fantastic. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Took care of her issue in a couple hours, it was a mess, Jose also left the restroom very clean and smelling great as we had backup due to this event. Thank You!"
"Growing my network of service providers has been key since my relocation to the Portland area. Please DO add Lovett Inc. to your list!!! Right from the very first point of contact, I was in great hands with fast answers and service. If you ever have the pleasure of working with Ken, Josh, or Houston (and more), you'll know what I mean. This group of experienced professionals were knowledgeable, efficient, safe, informative, and really friendly. Thank you team!"
"Lovett charged $580 to fix absolutely nothing. I called them after the ice storm this past January, which caused some frozen pipes and drain issues for me and three of my neighbors in our condo building. A "drain specialist" was dispatched, but no plumber arrived even though it was clear we needed one.The drain issues were mostly handled by that point, but all of us had issues with either no water at all in our kitchen and bathroom sinks or no hot water. The "drain specialist" spent maybe 30 minutes between the four of our homes. He looked at our sinks and helped a few of us remove the faucet caps so we could rinse the sediment, but he had to use my pliers because he didn't even have tools with him. He said he couldn't help with anything else and there was really nothing to be done but wait till it warmed up and the water started running again. He told us to leave our hot water taps on (which actually caused problems with the pipes elsewhere in the building that had leaks). That's it. Then he left. We were billed for "drain cable cam/labor" and two other after hours drain dispatch fees. I realize it's more expensive because it's after hours--we expected that. But when I called to ask why we were being charged for a drain cable/cam when he didn't have so much as pliers let alone a drain cam, she couldn't explain it and just said that's the way they charge the drive time and labor. A neighbor called after I got nowhere and she still got the same nonsense answers. I will NEVER use them again. It seems so incredibly dishonest to charge $580 to solve exactly zero plumbing problems and actually create more issues on our property. An actual plumber from a different company came the next day and had water running in all of our sinks. Lovett is a joke."
"Lovett Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving dinner preparations. Friday our basement revealed a water leak beginning to cover the floor. Water was running down a corner wall of the daylight basement. We called Lovett and their expert team went into action to consult and help solve the water leak. Innovative Leak Detection came out and revealed the spot of the broken pipe (buried in 2ft of dirt). On Monday, Lovett's Excavation team reviewed the area and on the same day a two-person expert Lovett team, with excavator, dump truck and everything needed to drain the water and carefully dig to the broken pipe. They turned the water off and went above and beyond to fix the broken pipe/hose. The Lovett team turned the water on and confirmed no more water leaking from the pipe/hose. They replaced the dirt and smoothed out the impacted area. The Lovett Plumbing is exceptionally skilled, efficient and diligent with what they did for us. We were so stressed the water leak showing up 7 days before Thanksgiving Day would ruin our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thank you for all you did for us."
