They were very polite, quick and did everything possible to save me money. They didn’t nickel and dime me on little things. I appreciated that, especially since I was getting ready to move and had a ton of other expenses. I just figured I would pass it on."

"Stopped at the Newport store just as the manager, Tom, locked up and was getting in his truck. He reopened his store, welcomed me in, and took his time listening to me and answered all my questions in a spotless and tidy office. Very professional staff took my information and we scheduled an appointment for Tom to inspect. On appointment day, Tom called 15 minutes before arriving, checked out my property, discussed plans and payment, and we scheduled an appointment for sevice. There was no fee for his initial inspection! On the day of service, the tech called 15 minutes before arriving, was friendly and professional, completed his work quickly, showed me his work, and told me he'd see me in a week. I highly recommend Killerz! And I'll update this post after the new tech makes his follow up visit."

"Alvin is absolutely amazing! He always goes above and beyond when he does our service! We recently were out of town when he found our front door slightly open with no one to be found. He immediately called us, checked the entire house, made sure there was nothing amiss and then locked it up all the while talking to us and making sure all was safe and sound. Something he didn’t have to do yet he stepped up and kept in contact with us the entire time! He is truly an angel and a great employee!
