"Never had the chance to evaluate Kayla's cleaning. She was to come for a quote & needed to reschedule because of an illness in the family. I totally understood and was agreeable to rescheduling a week later. The evening before she was to come, I sent an email confirming. No response. Morning she was to come, she was a no show. No call, no email, nothing. I emailed her that I was no longer interested in working with her due to lack of reliability. Not only is her behavior unprofessional, it's disrespectful and a waste of time."

"Kayla is very unprofessional . She always brings her kids with her specially during the summer months. Her staff are more professional and actually clean better then she does. I know that she doesn't give her employees the amount they should be getting for the cleaning. She also charges a finders fee. I will no longer use her services. I would rather use the girls who clean for her."
