"We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was delicious. I want to specifically mention Kelsey, the person who served us breakfast. I was really impressed by her professionalism. While the hotel may not offer breakfast like a five-star establishment, Kelsey's service certainly felt like it was at that level. Throughout our meal, Kelsey was incredibly attentive, always ensuring there was enough food for the guests. Unlike some staff who might be distracted by their phones or seem disinterested, Kelsey remained focused and diligent. Her dedication to her work was truly admirable. I wish more people approached their jobs with the same level of commitment"
"I am a disabled veteran. Which has nothing to do with this review. I just happened to be on the road with my service dog in training. Having some vehicle problems which we are working on resolving. I took a room here at the Quality Inn in Florence. I'm not a youngster, I've traveled and stayed in many hotels. In this particular hotel has impressed me! All the staff is so friendly, cheerful, respectful. Always a smile on their I recommend the Quality inn in Florence to anyone. It will make your visit to this beautiful little town that much better."
"This hotel is pretty much centrally located in this small town of Florence, OR. This wasn't the cheapest hotel nor was it the most expensive. I decided on this one for the price and location. Total of $95 a night. Stayed in February, Thursday and Friday night. Plenty of stores and food places in the area. The main reason for my stop here was to visit the casino they had 5 minutes away, The Three Rivers Casino. Check in was simple and pain free, had a very courteous desk clerk. Fairly clean property overall. Parking lot felt safe, was decently lit and seemed like enough spots for a full hotel. The lobby was nice and clean and included a hot tub and work out room that had the minimal treadmill and bike in it. The only gripe I had is this lobby area, which had the hot tub and gym, was separate from the hotel rooms. So if you wanted to use those amenities you would have to make a short walk across the parking lot from the hotel room building to the lobby building. The room had a very slight musty smell when I first walked in. It wasn't bad, and weak enough that I just got used to it immediately. There's an A/C and heater combo unit by the window that had custom controls that kept the room temperature comfortable. Room was very clean and bed was firm with a soft pillow top on it. Clean sheets and comfortable pillows. Typical furniture with a fridge and microwave. Decent lighting throughout the room with one window that had a sheer curtain as well as a black out curtain. Bathroom was nice and clean, well stocked with your normal bathroom needs as well as a hair dryer. the shower/tub had a nice strong shower head with easy to control hot & cold water. House keeping doesn't come daily unless you request it. Decent breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, variety of cereals and fruits, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee and a waffle maker. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever visit here again. Overall if you're looking for a fairly inexpensive hotel in a safe area I recommend this place."
"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! If I had the option to put zero stars I would. The check in process was smooth and the young man at the desk was very nice. Okay the room was nasty it was very outdated. Black dust on the nights stand and desk. The bed had bugs with wings and there was a bunch of hair on the bed and pillows were all stained. The bathroom was disgusting with a lot of hair in the bathtub and sink. We were only in the room for 20 minites and we were scared to touch anything. I've been working in hospitality for 7 years and I'm very disappointed with my stay. This hotel needs serious work."
"Nice place to sleep. Rooms are nice & well cleaned - the hotel itself is nice and well cleaned. Breakfast is good, I really like the option to have a hot breakfast. The front desk and services are very helpful and very nice. However, this is the second time I have been here, and both times, the hot tub was shut down, and they did not mention it at the time of booking. (Also! NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A POOL! JUST A HEADS UP). They other thing is you can hear everything from in your hotel room. One in particular, a child running up and down the halls playing tag or something with their parent, then the child screaming and yelling. *Bring ear plugs if you sleep light*"
