"Went in for my annual exam and they're always nice and friendly. Even got myself a nice pair of Gucci blue light glasses for work!"
"Doesn’t answer their phones or message back in their secure messaging app called Klara. I’ve been trying to find out information regarding my son’s glasses and not a single person in there does their job which is to answer phones and respond in the messaging app. It’s truly not that hard of a job to do, I’ve done their type of jobs before and apparently people like to show up just for a paycheck rather than truly caring about their patients. Dr. Hackett is amazing, but his staff is lazy, unprofessional and clearly incompetent. Go to pick up his replacement glasses and someone decided to cancel his new lenses and did only the frames. The cancellation of the lenses was NOT authorized by ME his mother. Thank god I kept the old lenses that are scratched to all hell just so he can see a little bit"
"I took my mother in law for an appointment and was treated horribly, my mother in law is disabled mentally and physically. They treated her like she was stupid and couldn’t hear, to do test they wanted her to stand cause they don’t have machines who fit everyone, she cannot stand for very long. The doctor (Dr.Edwards) was very rude and treated us poorly. I was told if I wanted to know what was going on in my mother in laws appointments I need to come, I am sorry I can’t come to every appointment due to working full time, and my mother in law has brain damage so she can’t remember everything. We will never be going back. If you have a family member who’s got disability’s I would rethink going here."
"Kelsey is incredible! Usually I get overwhelmed when it comes time to select new glasses but this time was completely different! Kelsey made the process super smooth, she's perfectly efficient and she was quick!! Thank you Kelsey for everything, you're amazing!! :)"
"Their front end staff is generally unlikeable and unknowledgeable. I had Elizabeth tell me I should "just leave" when I asked about pricing on the exam vs. Pricing at Costco. The doctor was fine. Robotic and incredibly upset to even be at work, but fine. Additionally, after reading their financial policies, the fact that this business will bill people for missed appointments but can't bill for services and require cash payment at time of service is a joke. Capitalism at it's worst, do not go to this business."
