"Absolutely horrible experience both times I’ve been to see Dr Etges which now makes sense after moving here and he was one of the only doctors taking new patients with little wait time for an appointment. His receptionist is equally incompetent after having sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice. Dr. Etges spends 99% of an appointment talking about irrelevant stories and 1% on the actual exam. After receiving blood work results the following day, I waited 7 business days and finally has to call his office 2 days in a row, only to receive a call and response from his receptionist (not Dr Etges) to review my results and next steps. I was literally baffled by their reaction (or lack thereof) for my care. The entire experience can only be described as a waste of time, he’s unprofessional, lacks follow up and detail."
