"Great group of doctors who really care about their patients. Ran by a station head that only cares about Corporate Interests. I know this cause my Primary is elsewhere. I am in a really bad situation and keep asking for help and get "No sorry we can't help you" but when I talk to my Primary and ask for the samethings she jumps at the chance to help. They are low on professionals because their professionals get tired of the Station head and being unable to help their patients. They leave as soon as they see how fake this location is. Literally had one leave because "They just can't take this place anymore" in their own words. You can also tell how fake the place is by all the other negative reviews and the canned replies. There is no humanity in this place, only Corporate Greed. Run elsewhere. Please. This place is evil."
"This place started off great. My two children were connecting with their therapists, and loved going each week. Then they both quit within a few months of each other. After being required to keep my children in therapy due to a CAREs investigation, they dropped us for nearly two months. Then I was told both of my children would be seeing the same therapist as that was all they could offer. This struck me as a rather severe bending of the rules, as I was told at the start of all this that a therapist can only see one member of a family to create a sense of safety in sharing whatever they need to in the office. It turned out that they also changed their minds on patient/ client meetings and are requiring me to attend therapy sessions with my children! The last straw has been that same therapist canceling on us within two hours of their scheduled appointment time regularly. We have not been satisfied since those amazing therapists left. I should have seen the signs and pulled out when they did."
"Only accepting State healthcare at this time. Because no they "are low on doctors". So I'm really happy the community's mental health is actually of no importance at all to these companies that are solely here to collect a paycheck"
"DO NOT GO HERE unless you have no choice. At this point I would rather have literally gone this last year without therapy, and been better off. I have a lot of experience with therapists and this has been my worst by far. Currently this location has NO therapists to see patients. From what I've been told all clients have been assigned to "skills trainers" in lieu of actual therapy while they scramble to rehire. Go to their website and look at how long their job listings page is! I have had two therapists quit within a year, and the third therapist I was going to be transferred to is also leaving. They do not pay their employees adequately and actively exploit the ones who care enough to stay. Even with a therapist, I was only seen ONCE A MONTH! I have filed complaints, tried looking elsewhere, etc. but as long as they continue billing my insurance for "therapy" (which is actually skills training by a non-certified counselor), I am unable to get services elsewhere."
"Mental health is such a joke, not even the facilities for it take it seriously. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment just for the person to tell me "I seemed fine, and based upon my answers I didn't need immediate help. They didn't even want to connect me with a therapist. It was literally a 5 minute phone call I waited for 3 months to talk to someone. I felt absolutely terrible and still do. Do not recommend this place to anyone truly suffering. They don't care."
