"I contacted billing and this office. 2 separate calls to talk about my bill and a seriously needed referral. Explained my insurance would walk them through needed information for payment as it is pending. Lady was rude and stated ball was in the unsurance company's court. I then called about my needed referral and stated my insurance needed it faxed to them. They didn't care and told me to change insurance company. Apparently, care and compassion only covers their need for more money. PROFITS OVER PATIENT'S HEALTH. Dr Fey, a really nice, honest and friendly."

"Came in to be seen for knee pain/swelling. With having a newborn and my knee constantly giving out I’m terrified. Due to my primary being out of the country (which wasn’t even said to me until I called back to reschedule) I was supposed to see someone else. Waited for an hour after my appointment time before having to leave. Where I was told; “an emergency came up.” Honestly. If someone had come into tell me that a lot sooner I could’ve planned for someone to take care of what I needed so I could wait. Now I’m being told I can’t be seen due to no availability and to go to urgent care. Not the first time this has happened. And no, I will not be calling the front office to discuss my complaint. It’s terrible customer service everytime. Will be looking for a new primary."

"I had been taking my soon to Dr. Choate since he was born 6 months ago. I absolutely loved her, but the secretary staff is AWFUL! Phone wait times are typically 15-20 minutes, often times more. When you finally got to speak to someone they are SO rude. I switched my sons doctor after my last experience. I had called to see if he could be seen sooner than his scheduled appointment (which was over a month out) due to having some skin issues. I asked the receptionist and without even looking to see when my sons appointment is or even asking she said no, nothing available. I then told her that he really needs to be seen and I would have to find a new doctor if he can’t be seen she told me good luck. The doctors and nurses are fantastic. Find new secretary staff."
