His staff, inhouse, contractor and those that work remotely are superior. They too reflect competence, understanding and compassionate care. From the receptionist Nikki who welcomes patients by phone and in person with warmth and kindness to every nurse with whom I interacted... all are fantastic. His billing and scheduling staff Heather R. and Priscila were efficient and quick to respond to my health plan questions and needs. Every member of his team puts “heart” in all they do! I have never had a bad experience."
