"I did not have a negative experience here in the slightest. Everyone had the kindest bedside manner. The staff seemed to have only time for me and took the time to go over my symptoms. I was a first-thing urgent care visit. They diagnosed me with an illness different than I thought I'd had, prescribed me medication, and it has since resolved. I was even more impressed because they did take into account that I'm a PCT hiker and do not want to carry lots of weight on my back. The prescriptions they suggested were the better options of the possible medicine I could have been suggested or prescribed."

"I saw Catherine today and was shocked by her snotty demeanor today, when in the past, she was so kind to me. I was given nothing for a laceration in both ears and fluid behind my right ear. I was also given nothing for my horrible rash on my mouth. I have a history of nasopharyngeal cancer and was appalled to be treated in that fashion. I do hope her bedside manner improves and she listens to me going forward and quits acting like I should have seen my pc instead of urgent care when my next appointment isn’t until July 13th. I called my pc immediately after, and due to this negligence, they apologized and have me on their cancellation list."

"I caught a case of pink eye and needed to be seen on short notice. The clinic staff took all precautions to get me in a back way so I wouldn't risk spreading it to anyone. The PA was very caring and thorough and I was already feeling better by the end of the day."

"This place is absolutely terrible, and here's a list why! 1. Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment, and I was finally seen 50 minutes after my appointment time. 2. Was told I need to lose weight and am to heavy, but this is the lightest I've been having lost 120+ lbs over the past five years, as I am currently 258 with all clothes on with shoes, and pockets full (phone, keys, wallet, etc) 3. Was told my prescription for antibiotics( that's an infection of my face from a bad tooth hence urgent care, as in care is needed urgently) would be ready in two hours by PA-C Kristopher McAllister, and he never sent it in to the pharmacy. (I've checked my pharmacy three times, and they have never received an order). So plain and simple if you don't care, or are lazy don't seek a career in the medical field. I have had a lot of bad experiences with anything medical or dental, and this sure didn't help my outlook. If you have made it through me raging in a review thanks, and save your family, friends from this place."
