"Tara Pfaff was my NP until today. At this point, I question whether she has the honesty, integrity, knowledge of modern medicine, or respect for patients to effectively practice medicine. I’ve been lied to and about, marginalized, yelled at, told simple modern medicine is “technologically impossible“ and I’m done. I have absolutely not received quality healthcare from this provider. I recommend you go elsewhere."
"This clinic is amazing. The staff are kind, listen and take time to answer questions. Mindy is very good at her job but she is also just a good person. She takes her time to explain things, has good ideas and always looks for resources to help her patients."
"I’ve been a long time patient for many years; even sometimes traveling out of my way to stay with Dr. Budesa even after I moved to the other side of the state. Everyone treats you kindly and I always feel like the Doctor and Nurses listen to my complaints and issues with the utmost of empathy and care."
"Absolute worst place to go! My husband had his pharmacy send over a refill request to his dr at this office and the staff there said they could not refill it because there was not an active script. Which there was. So the lady said he needed to come in to get a new script. My husband then said that since he hadn’t been in for over two years he should come in for his annual check up since his insurance covers one per year 100%. So he goes in for his appointment and all if fine, but he later receives a bill for both the visit and for the bloodwork. This visit should be covered 100% since it was an annual check up. So he calls the office and asks if it can be coded correctly so insurance will cover it and the front desk lady there said there’s no way to change it and it was a miscommunication . She said an annual check up is different from what he should have requested. She said he should have asked for a yearly. He then asked her, so I’m supposed to know the exact word you use to code for billing? You’re supposed to help clients out with this sort of thing and I made it clear I was wanting to come in for my one time a year check up. She was rude and condescending and would not help at all."
"Edit to add: both the doctor and nurse were nice, we liked them. My daughter had an appointment last week and the doctor and nurse were great. I however made an appointment like 2 1/2 weeks ago for the earliest they could get me in to check on my breathing issues which had been aggravated by the fires. This morning I got a call saying that the doctor wouldn't be in and I would need to reschedule, so I called back and the earliest they could get me in was another 2 weeks out. I understand things happen but this is extremely frustrating that now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get help with my breathing."
