"Last summer, I brought in my hp laptop for a hinge replacement. After a week they told me they couldn't do it which is fine. I'm taking my laptop apart for the first time to diy it and tell me why half the screws are stripped in my laptop! I completed hinge replacement myself and replaced the speakers, but now I can't change the thermal paste due to the stripped screws!"

"I took my old computer in to diagnose the problem. They found the Mother Board failed. A $35.00 charge to do so, that I thought was reasonable. They said it was to old to repair. 12 years. I need a computer. I shoped around on the internet with my laptop and other places, and yes, I found other prices a little less, but I decided to buy it there. Because, they talk to you, explain things better and just if the new one has a problem, I can just take it back to East Wind. I haven't got it yet. They called yesterday, Friday, that it was ready, but I was too busy and called them back and told them Monday, and they said that would be fine. Nice company to deal with.
