"This medical office gives that great old school medical office feel. One where they care about patients and not about having a big new fancy office. I appreciate how much Dr. Ray actually listens to you, and takes his time answering any questions that you may have. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointments and the office staff is very helpful. I will be switching to Dr. Ray as my primary care physician."

"This is not a health care practice, they do not care for your health, recently i have been going through some pretty serious health issues and when making an appointment the woman at the desk never made the appointment and miss read me the replacement appointment when i should up her and the older nurse with short hair asked me in the most condescending voice she could muster while bobbing her head back and forth with attitude and said unless something is falling off or your literally dying youre outta luck, so i left called and asked to speak to the manager who turned put to be the pcp dr ray and he had no sympathy to how i was treated and during the call either he hung up or it got disconnected but either way they made a new appointment and surprise wouldnt you know it they dropped me the day before my new appointment because of my “interaction”, this place needs to have not only their license pulled but their all care contract because of how they flippantly discriminate against folks who complain, btw its 11/20/2023 i wont get a new pcp until 1/1/2024"

"They set up a first appointment with an appointment card with a date & time on it. I provided all the paperwork for my boyfriend to them. I called earlier in the day & advised I was having a cast off and he might be a few minutes late. The lady was nice. When I arrived a minute after the time on the card, I was advised that he was 15 minutes late. Even though I had the card. They stated that the card didn’t matter. He had been listed as a no call no show. Even with their own card, in their own writing, with their own email, date & time written on it. They refused to even reschedule. The “person” “in charge” then refused to provide her name and turned her back on me. I guess they don’t plan on providing good health care for our community like Grants Pass Clinic does. Grants Pass Clinic gets 10 stars !!!!!"
