"My wife and I have been with Hart ins. since 2015. The agent we started out with no longer works there and that is unfortunate as she was attentive and worked hard to help her customers. Now?... Our premiums have gone up 32% for no reason, so I have tried contacting Hart twice in the last two weeks to speak with whoever is now covering our former agent's client list. I have been directed to two different agent's voice mails with the receptionist's assertion I would be called back in just a few minutes after my last call. No one has called back and if I have to call them a third time, I take that as an indication our business is no longer valued. We are now looking for a new agency before one of our policies expires next month. BTW, We have full coverage on four vehicles, RV, motorcycle, home, large shop, outbuildings, always pay annual premiums in full before due, 0 claims history, 800+ credit scores... seems like a no brainer an insurance agency would want to retain that type of customer."
