Reviews
"Linda was communicative, but that was about the only positive aspect of the care I received at New Life Family Medicine. If you need a provider as a last resort, this is a good option. If you would prefer a provider that can offer comprehensive care and that has the facilities necessary to provide it, look elsewhere. I would particularly caution those seeking mental health treatment to stay away from Linda and her colleague Sharon Karn. In my case, when I had justifiable complaints with Sharon’s care and left a Google review accordingly, Linda made the unilateral decision to drop me as a patient, despite the fact that the Google review did not mention her nor reflect on her care or business in any way. In sum, if you would like a provider who places their aversion to negative exposure above your need for medical care, this is the place for you. If you need reliable access to mental health medications and support, I would wholeheartedly recommend that you look elsewhere."
"Linda Bird charged us 2 co-pays for one visit and charged us for an appointment we didn't have. Aside from sloppy billing she also prescribed us Claritin for any problems we were having, and when asked for a refill on an inhaler for my husband(asthma) she went off on a rant about how bad her lungs are how she needs so many inhalers and that he didn't need anything. We went to another doctor, who gave him breathing treatments for his asthma and an inhaler. I would highly recommend going elsewhere."
