"I had reservations about OSH, when I read about their national rating and possibly losing funding from the federal government. However, the staff that I met and dealt with are professional, friendly and supportive people. Everyone that I met and interacted with went out of their way to assist me and address my needs. I saw procedures being followed and I witnessed consistency in protocols. Regardless of the position staff followed the procedures without being overly aggressive but ensuring the safety of the patients and staff, and guests. I am very appreciative of OSH and their support."

"The care at the OSH for my nephew was minimal at best. They lied, keep medical issues a secret and the visiting staff are the worst. Nancy ulrich ( ward manager) and Steve marick (therapist) should be ashamed of themselves for the their lack of care and lies."

"Informative and interesting... very telling of mental health treatment in history. Plan to spend 1-2 hours browsing around and reading about the centre's history. It's very interesting and well put together. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The memorial is also beautifully set up. I'd say this exhibit is best for people over the age of 12."
