There is one thing I feel he could have done after making the repair, which was reinstall the pipe insulation over the area he repaired. I attached the old insulation to the repaired area. "During the big storm this year we had some pipes under our sink blow and begin leaking. Plumbers were difficult to schedule and Crown was the earliest appointment. I was originally assigned Steven who was very clear about expectations and timing. We ended up having go reschedule for the day after my appointment. They sent Dwayne out for me the following day. Dwayne was great, he was quick, clean and did a great job. We had some other issues pop up while he was working on my house and he was able to resolve them as well. Easy 5 star review and I'll be calling them next time I need a plumber."
