"Travis did a great job. We like working with them and their employees. We did have a situation where we were sent an estimate for the job. It wasn’t detailed so we asked for a breakdown of parts and labor. We were told they don’t do that and they would not let us know what the part cost. Our repairs were completed satisfactorily but there was little transparency. That said, I would work with Sunglow again because they have quality employees and do a good job."

There seems to be good communication between the repair people and the people who answer the phone. They sent a photo of the repair person to me shortly before he arrived. I *really* appreciated that. The repair person who came to my house explained everything to me and answered my questions. I was comfortable with him in my house. The cost for the service was reasonable. I'll use this company again."
