"The plumber was excellent, knowledgeable, communicative and timely. There was a little struggle with the people on the phones. They have a phone service that isn't related to company. That sucks. But the trouble was mostly because they needed consent from my landlord who is living in Mexico (I'm in Portland, Or.). Overall good experience."

"Best service. Nicest, professional young service man. Came recommended to us by a former client. We had a leak at our kitchen faucet. Once he got the diagnostics performed he told us how he would fix it. He came back the next morning, when he said he would be here and worked until it was repaired to our liking. We also had him make an adjustment to our toilet. Really great service. I'd give him 20 stars if I could. Thank you for having such a good employee."

"Cris H. was professional, thorough and a good listener. He checked every possibility including the drain pipes under the house before determining the main line was plugged; which he accessed under the guest toilet. He also refused a tip, so I called the Company, and they confirmed it’s not allowed. They feel the charges are fair given the quality of their work. They also guarantee their work for 90 days. Bye the way, Cris showed up 7 O’clock at night, as the first Company I called days prior, never called/showed. So grateful and such a nice guy. Thank you Rescue Rooter & Cris H. So Much!!!
