"Steinbacher has no bedside manner to speak of. While I was in tears dealing with medication withdrawal her response was "I expected you to be like this". She is borderline cruel in her lack of care for her patients. I had to bring in my husband so I had another person to help me figure out if appointments with Steinbacher were genuinely as hostile as they felt to me, he confirmed that I wasn't crazy. This woman is just mean and doesn't listen. I cried, begging for help with my suicidal thoughts and she threw me out of her office."

"By far the worst person ive ever seen. Lets get past the fact that after my first appointment got rescheduled not once, but twice. The fact she is harsh, judgemental, and just basically didnt care about my issues. I left her office feeling worse than when i went in, NOT the person you want to see when u are having issues, she does not care...just seemed more concerned on what pills to put me on. I was willing to give her a second chance, maybe an off day, but i will NOT be rescheduling a second time!! Horrible, worst mental health i have ever had!!!!"
