"We have had five homes and all have needed either roof repair or roof replacement over the years. Dan and his team created the best experience we have ever had with any roofing company. Professional, high quality workmanship, exceptional clean up and done a day earlier than promised. What more can be said. One year later: Our roof leaks in the same location that it did prior to the roof replacement. They came out and told me that it’s the roof design, patched a few spots and went one their way. I’ve requested that they bid on what needs to be done. Now they are not responding to my communications. Nice people but they ghosted me. This was an expensive roof job. Very disappointed."

"Not just builders, trusted partners. A little over a year ago we moved to the area and ended up purchasing a “fixer upper”. Being new to the area we didn’t know who to trust to take on some of the projects we had in mind. We asked our real estate agent and she recommended R+R roofing and thank god she did! They did a FANTASTIC job on our roof. We were so happy with the quality of work we asked them to replace our siding. Their price is more than fair especially when you know the job is getting done right. Since this is a fixer upper sort of house we knew going into this that we were going to find issues as we go (as you’re fixing one thing you find 3 more things). R+R has been great with this as they are excellent communicators. When they find issues they let us know right away and more times than not have multiple ideas on how to solve it. They are always happy to answer any questions we have and listen to our ideas and provide feedback on how to implement them. They also stand behind their work (and then some)! Shortly after we had R+R replace our roof we had another company come in and install some gutters. After they were finished, imagine our horror to find low spots all over our brand new roof where they had been walking and kneeling on it instead of using their ladders. To try and figure out how bad the situation was we called R+R to see if they could assess the damage and maybe give us some advice. After discussing it with the gutter company they agreed to take care of all the repairs. We called R+R and they worked with the gutter people to get the repairs made and took care of everything for us! They took what was a very stressful situation and really made us feel like someone was looking out for us. We’ve developed such a great working relationship we are going to have them paint our newly sided (by R+R) house, build out our deck and side a large outbuilding for us. We couldn’t be happier to have found them!"
