"Took my 92 Ford Diesel truck in since it would not start and a couple of friends suspected a glo plug issue. At 1st appearance I asked for a fuel filter to be replaced. 2 1/2 weeks later they dropped off the truck and asked for $1950 which included replacing many parts. I had not been contacted for any authorization at any time from drop off until that day. First time I used the truck drove 300', truck died and would not start. I noticed the fuel gauge was empty and thought it was 3/4 full. Added diesel, they had turned it to the rear tank which I never used. After turning to front tank, fuel gauge refused to work. Drove it for 2 days after calling them to say I was bringing it back in for them to fix what occurred in their shop. Now 2 1/2 weeks later they first told me it was done and ready, then today they say it is dying on the way to my home. Now talking about another $600-700 part if they can get it. I'm having it taken to another shop, I don't trust anything these people say. I got royally ripped off and I'm strongly considering small claims court. This has to be stopped. This truck had always been super reliable with very little maintenance and not high mileage."
