"This place could not care less about the actual wellbeing of your pet. What they do care about is being able to use the dire state of your pet to take more money from you. It is, by far, the worst and most unethical veterinary office I’ve been to in over 40 years of being involved with pets. I thought that with my dog being old and dying, that they would help make her transition into not being here a little better and smoother. I was completely wrong; they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with during this already difficult time. They have done the exact opposite of provide “care”. There’s a very good reason they demand a deposit up front for your first visit…it’s so after you realize how much they are overcharging for every aspect of service you don’t even need, that you will already be so invested in them financially that you just stay. I brought my old and dying dog here less than 2 months ago for urinary/incontinence issues. Even though there were only two options about what it could be (UTI or just incontinence) they made me give her an expensive test. She is old and dying and I want her to be comfortable, so I agreed to get her the tests/treatment she supposedly “needs”. I was told she had signs of a UTI and she was prescribed an antibiotic. Now, less than two months later, my dying dog is having the same issues and they refuse to refill her antibiotic prescription without ANOTHER $79 office visit and ANOTHER $90+ test and then ANOTHER $40 for another round of antibiotics. Again, this place does not care about your pet, just using your pet being in a bad place, to exploit you financially. I’m just going to take my old, sick and dying dog somewhere else. They have tried as hard as they can to emotionally blackmail me into staying here financially, but I’m not going to lie down and be a doormat for a greedy, heartless “business”. You shouldn’t do it either. They have only made this incredibly difficult time for me, my family and my beloved pet so much worse than it already is. I will remember this level of poor treatment for the rest of my life. No person or animal deserves the lack of good treatment found here. It has left me feeling like I shouldn’t even get another pet after mine passes away, to avoid people trying to take advantage of me for loving/caring about it. (Also, this place does not fill their own prescriptions so you will be forced to hunt down and go get your prescriptions after your visit…good luck with navigating that nightmare…it’s just one more way they will take your money and time, without actually helping you. Seeking service here will be the worst mistake you can make for your pets well-being, your wallet and your time. I’m sorry you have a sick pet and I hope you find good treatment…you certainly won’t find that here.)"

They’re also very flexible and understanding of financial hardships and assist you in making the right decision for you and your pet without any judgement. We always have a fantastic experience when we come in! We’ll never go anywhere else!"

"Super friendly staff, I had my cat neutered, and they did great (it wasn't too expensive (350)), and they were finished within the time frame. They called and checked up on my cat as well, you can tell the clinic really cares about animals."

"Reasonably priced, excellent service, and super compassionate staff. I got my dog spayed here and being a first time dog mom, I was really stressed. The whole process was so smooth. Got her in, they took her back and was already playing with her and getting to know her. Picked her up and they gave me a lot of info and let me know i could call back in for any reason. I ended up calling back like a silly helicopter dog mom to ask if her incision looked ok and they reassured me it was healing well but also let me know that I could send photos everyday and they’d give us an update on how it was looking. That level of reassurance made me feel less worried and thankful that they understood. The price was the lowest we found after calling around to do many places (we were getting quoted ~800 in Portland) and they provide a cone as well as medication in their fair pricing. Only drawback is that it’s 25-30 away from where I live but worth it!!"
