"My wife and I enjoyed the room and our stay but did experience an incident that made us both uncomfortable. I will not go into the specific details as it involved another guest and that guest's effect on the hotel staff. After the incident I personally spoke to the hotel manager Ellsworth and found his attitude professional and his explanation of events to be reasonable. We experienced exceptional customer service for the remainder of our stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends."
