Arrived, LLC - Vacation Rentals

"IF YOU RENT THE TETHEROW CAIRN HOUSE, YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM OR POOL!!!!!! WE HAVE TOLD NUMEROUS GUESTS THAT HAVE STAYED AT THE TWO TETHEROW LOCATIONS, THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS. ARRIVED FAILS TO ALERT PEOPLE WHO STAY HERE OF THIS. WE HAVE ALSO TOLD GUESTS TO LEAVE REVIEWS STATING THIS AND IT WOULDNT BE A SURPRISE IF ARRIVED DELETES THESE POSTS OR DOESNT ALLOW THEM."

"Absolutely disgusting. Had a $1200 rental that had obviously not been cleaned. Arrived argued on even refunding the cleaning fee… this is not like a minor lack of cleaning, the beds were disgusting (see photos)."

They were on point with text and calls regarding the safety of roads in the area and ensured the property was ice free. We’ve stayed at a number of Arrived properties, and they offer consistently reliable support to their guests."

"River delivered was fantastic. Very kid friendly, loved the pirate ship tree fort and the tree swing. Unfortunately it was so hot (103) in Hood River that we didn't use the hot tub very much and the upstairs loft space was to hot to sleep in. The AC didn't quite make it up the stairs. We loved the deck space and grilled out often. My only suggestion would be to supply more wash clothes (only 1 for entire house) and better pillows. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our experience was fantastic. The house was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked with anything you could possibly want. We used the enormous back deck for dinners and the hot tub was great fun for the whole family. There's also a deck in the front which was great because you had your choice of weather (sun or shade). The back deck got the afternoon shade which was perfect for the summer. There were plenty of bikes to choose from in the garage and our kids also enjoyed the ping pong table. We utilized the SHARC passes each day which were a greatly added bonus. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs room with the bunk beds was huge and perfect for the kids. All in all, we have no complaints and can't think of anything negative. We had even reached out to management one day before our stay to see if last minute we could bring our dog. The response was within an hour and they were able to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again!"
