He was professional and friendly, and had the problem seemingly diagnosed within an hour. We needed some time to think about whether we wanted to make the repair, and Appliance Hospital was understanding and generous. When we did decide to move forward with it, Dennis came back to install the new parts… only to find that there was a deeper, more expensive underlying issue. Because this was all considered part of the initial service call, and the issue hadn't been fixed, we weren't charged extra for the time.
