"Arrived at my second home in Yachats after a grueling 1000 mile drive from San Diego, CA. Four hours after arriving, my water heater burst and flooded the back two bedrooms and my newly installed carpet. Two of his people arrived within an hour and efficiently replaced the water heater made in Mexico with an American made 50 gallon model. "I Kay Millspaugh used Scott and his amazing team in Florence Oregon and had him replace hot water heater, remove a walk in shower and install a deep soaker tub in master bedroom and both master bathroom sink faucets, Even tho they were 6 weeks behind with work loads he managed to work my job in and was always friendly and prompt, his crews worked very clean,polite and very thoughtful. Had a problem after the job was finished with a old valve and Scott on a Sunday came personally from the grocery store to check it out to my surprise and handled it and got it taken care of.
