"Nice hardware store. Employees always kind and helpful."
"First with your shame wall of prospective thief’s, now this? I give two stars because I can see you are trying but we still need to do better. My experience yesterday goes as follows: Went in with 30 mins to closing. Had about 10 mins left on the clock when we were checking out. Wanted to buy several things, one of them being a rake. When rake was scanned it came up $20 something- when it had a sign next to it that said $19.99. Cashier says, “I don’t think that sign is for that rake, but I’ll give it for that price”. Says it almost like we are trying to dupe her. Like we are taking advantage of this store? Okay, if you think that’s not the rake. Go get the sign? Instead, I had to go get the sign off the wall. Show the cashier- she verified it was the same rake. Doesn’t even say sorry or anything- just let’s the third degree stand- ALL WHILE KNOWING THAT SIGN IS FROM NOVEMBER- it’s now the middle of December for the bargains of the month. Wow. So when I call the store this morning to talk to a manager about it- he informs me this person is also a manger and cannot do anything about it?! Here is what you can do about it? Instead of pushing out customers 20 mins before you close ZONE your areas for stocking and advertisement needs. You need to hire a new marketing manger to oversee many operations to this store. You could do so much better if you changed a few aspects of your store. Shame wall being one of them. Thank you for taking that down, btw. First off, revamp your customer service. Cashier needed to verify it was the right item- without saying anything to the customer. No need for a No, but okay… I don’t care! I just wanna pay for it and get outta there. I don’t need to hear your opinions or third degree. If cashier figures out sale is wrong address it professionally and say- I’m sorry, this item was a bargain buy for almost a half a month ago. We should have taken this sign down several weeks ago and will honor our mistake. Instead this is what happened: Cashier doesn’t agree with price- verbally addressed this, and gave us the price we claimed and was going to let us leave the store like that. I- the customer- had to go remove the sign, bring it back to her. Cashier verified and then folded it up and threw it into the trash and didn’t say much? Like? So it’s the customers fault for wanting an item that looks to be on sale but isn’t? Like get over yourself LADY! Her in particular, but everyone needs a customer service reminder. Are you here for the customer? Or are the customers here for you? You have it wrong at this store. Get it right, because that experience I had last night fell so short. Top #10 worst experiences at a store. Here is the kicker: would the sign still be up today? Even after that experience of her saying no, but okay? I almost feel like it was a prank. That’s how odd the whole situation is, and how unprofessional that chick is. •Stay on top of your monthly in store bargain advertising and signing. •If you think customer is wrong, do Not speak it out loud? •While pushing people out of the store the last 20 mins- zone area and eliminate any old sale signs? There are so many red flags about this store. When it all comes down to it, I hate how your employees make me feel. Please, stop treating your customers this bad?"
"Came to help my mom fix a few things and ended up coming here 15 times this week. I wanted to publicly thank your team for outstanding service."
"This location is the worst true value I've ever been too. If you want bad advice from teenagers, and a mess of overpriced, poor quality products go here. I have been doing business here for over a year and I'm done... It's costing money. Boo on you. Shame on the business owners to claim "Family run" stop hiring your friends kids. Boo..."
"I had great experiences here the last few times. I found a T that I couldn't find anywhere else in town and the nice sales lady took me right to it. This store has a great selection of a variety of home products."
