"I moved to Florence 2 months ago. I immediately started asking, calling and getting recommendations for putting up a fenced enclosure for my 3 larger dogs. My dogs always had free access to their yards on my other properties, and even my rentals had pet doors, so they were used to that. Getting this enclosure done was a primary priority to me. I emphasized that to every contractor I called, including Travis. He seemed to understand, as a dog person himself. And, he then told me after coming to look at my place, that he could start on it in two weeks. He said not before. I said, okay, I could wait two weeks. Deal! Two weeks came and went. I called - no response. A week later he called back to say he was now on a new important roof project. He could not/ would not tell me when he might get started on my enclosure. It was an extremely stressful time for me when two of my dogs became seriously ill and still no enclosure. Every number that I called were backed up weeks to months or did not respond. I might have had a chance elsewhere had I not been waiting for Travis to follow through on his word. When I asked Travis directly if he really wanted to do this project, he said yes. I didn't have any reason to believe he was not telling the truth. Neighbors asked me "When is you fencing going in?" I said I have tried to get that answer from Travis for 2 months, and it does not seem to be getting any closer to "starting" let alone completion of it. I did all my part getting permission from my HOA, cutting back the brush and taking out nuisance trees. It was just up to Travis to commit and start. Travis, you caused me weeks of anxiety. No one should be treated the way you treated me with such callous disregard, after we had a professional agreement. I don't like giving bad reviews, but some time they are necessary to alert others of work ethics (or lack of) of those they are considering hiring."
