"I had problems connecting an older printer (it was happy with Windows 10) to a new desktop PC loaded with Windows 11. My older Ricoh laser jet was not being detected via the USB ports. I wasn't quite sure if my older laser jet would be compatible with Windows 11. Bernie was recommended to me to fix my issue. It took him 10-15 minutes to sort through the Windows 11 maze and download the correct drivers to get my laser printer working! His help saved me from having to buy a new expensive printer. I can heartily recommend the immediate support that I received!"
